TJS Custom Design and Decor Store Policies
SHIPPING
All orders are hand made at the time of ordering and are processed within 10-15 business days with the exceptions of orders placed on weekends and holidays.
If orders are needed by a specific date due to all of our items being handmade on order please reach out to us when your order is placed or before your order is placed and notify us of your specific date request.
All orders over $40 dollars will ship free. Orders under $40 dollars will be subject to calculated courier rates based off of the delivery address.
UPS is our preferred shipping courier for all of our orders that qualify for free shipping. On orders where calculated shipping applies the buyer can choose their preferred carrier and the cost will be shown based off of the delivery zip code at checkout.
Please note that at this time products ordered from TJS Custom Design and Decor can only be shipped to customers in the United States.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns on our products unless they are received damaged. If your item is defective or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge.
We do not offer refunds.

Payment Terms
Payments will be authorized at the time your order is placed. Only when payment is approved and received will your order be processed and either manufactured to order or shipped out of our stock. The payment will be taken from the choice of the buyer through our approved payment options at checkout.
We use Shopify Payments and PayPal Payments at checkout. Due to the secure nature of these platforms we do not retain or have access to your full payment details except your name and address which are necessary to fulfil our obligations to ship out our product that you purchased to you. We do not store any credit card information ever and we do not share any personal and credit card information with any 3rd parties at any time.
When using Shopify Payments, the authorized payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.
All of our prices are displayed on each product listed which will be totaled in your shopping cart for you. In the shopping cart all applicable taxes and fees will be calculated for you and your total price of purchase will be given before checking out so that you know what the total cost of the sale will be.
